The Day After

I <3 My Colon

My colonoscopy went very well yesterday. The doctor said everything looks good and he found no polyps to remove, however he did find a whimsical garden gnome somewhere around my sigmold colon. He must have gotten lost on his way to the pyramids. Silly gnome.

Thank you all for your calls, emails, instant messages and comments. I appreciate all the good vibes and laughs. My ass has never felt so much love before.

you gnome must be really really moist.

The graffiti at The Flex suggests otherwise...

Oh, I'm so pleased that all went well. What did you have for supper?!?

Supper? I went to have breakfast immediately after they discharged me. Mmm...delicious breakfast.

Food has never tasted so good.

Honestly, how many more gnomes have to be rescued from the bowels of men before we learn...

what is it about evasive treatments that make us so vulnerable? I don't know, but I'm glad you've got lots of support and that all is well. I wonder how Katie Couric must have felt having this on live tv before it became the "cool" procedure?

ps. and by evasive, I mean invasive, it's a typo of sorts.

Colon love. That's so downtown, baby!

I think its more of a troll than a gnome. Perhaps its name is Mr. Pillowpants and he's there to guard your anal virginity. With his teeth!

Congrats on the clean colon!

Glad the colon is alright :), all though the gnome will probably never be..
