I don't think so because I think lesbians secretly dispise gay men. Fag Hags I think really have to be straight women and most of them can't deal with straight men.
Lesbians can grow up to be anything they want . . . except straight.
And I think the answer to Homer's question is "yes", but it's those straight guys who only want to see girl-on-girl porn, so I'm not certain there is a lot of depth to their relationships.
It depends how you define fag hag. If it means a woman who spends more time with her gay male friend(s) than anyone else, then sure, I've seen that happen a lot.
Of course there are other definitions for "Fag Hag," but do any of them depend on the heterosexuality of the hag? I can't think of any off hand.
I think it is a misconception that fag hags can't deal with straight men. I think there are quite a few married/partnered fag hags who prefer the company of gay men because they can't handle straight women.
I have thought about this for a couple of days. I really think you have to be a straight woman to be a fag hag. I mean gay men and straight women just have more in common from guys to grooming to fashion. I just can’t see doing a lot of the things I would do with my fag hag friends with my lesbian friends.
My former fag-hag friend from college used to prefer "queer dear." She was bisexual...I think. I tried not to think about her sexual adventures too much, although she loved to hear about all two of mine.

Another question- do lesbians have an equivalent type of person?

I don't know much about fag hags, but I think they have to be straight women who has discovered that straight men are often boring to hang out with.
ps: I have counted the names under the comments, and come to that there's at least seven people reading this blog.
