Since you starting taking Elliott's heartworm pills, it seems he's grown to GI-NORMOUS proportions. (Note how the 50-gallon recycle bins are smaller than his ear, and how he's taller than all the surrouding buildings!)
Or maybe it's just the waste from the surrounding farms, industrial plants and racetrack. You should take up gardening; imagine the tomatoes!
