What the frak is going on here? I'm glad you asked.

I go to the laundromat on weekdays when it opens because there is rarely anyone there. Of course, that doesn't mean the NINE televisions aren't all blaring Spanish language channels at the same time all on full volume. This is where having an iPod becomes handy. Lately, I've been listening to Mikeypod while doing mah warsh.

I've always had this fascination with laundromats. In college, I wrote a short story set in one. I'm not sure what it is about them. You know how some people, even non-religious ones, are attracted to churches? That's me with laundromats. This one is a total 80s throwback complete with glass blocks and neon. It's trippy.

Perhaps I should wear this t-shirt next time I go vote.

A green apple and granola for breakfast.

Encoding video at work.
10:55

I was super hungry this morning so I ate my lunch early.

iPods are also good for drowning out coworkers. I love this song and this video for it.

Looking for inspiration for next month's banner.

I had a very strong desire to watch Coupling when I got home. I know a lot of people say season four sucked, but I thought Oliver Morris was adorkable.
18:10

Elliott helped me do dishes. And by "helped me do dishes," I mean, "stood at my feet and constantly begged for treats."
18:20

I got some new shoes this weekend. What do you think?

Daniel asked for my help with a CSS problem he was having. Apparently he thinks I'm a web genius or something. Sadly, I failed him because CSS refuses to bend to my will. No matter how many windows I look at the code in. Sarz Daniel.

I love coupling too. It's hard to believe how many Brit-coms have been copied by American TV. The american version never went beyond the pilot, but was copied nearly word for word (only changed to americanize it). Even the title was the same. I guess The Office was a success however, but can't they put something new out there besides unrealistic reality shows? I can understand why the writers went on strike.

I'm so glad you had a Mr. Bento posting below this one. I was going to ask why the fuck you have four little bowls of food for lunch.
Mr. Bento is about as odd as a tea pot for your nose.

Okay, that tee-shirt made me laugh so hard, I lost some of my coffee! That little yellow dude in the Spoons video is awesome. Thanks for turning me on to that one. Great riff, too.

Great photos, I tried a bento box myself recently - it looked so pretty! I really like the laundromat photo (number 2) - nice symmetry :D
