My little holistic approach to handling my allergies. Apparently Dr. Oz featured the neti pot on Oprah because HOLY COW ya'll... there are a buttload of neti pot/nasal irrigation videos on YouTube. I've weeded through dozens of them to bring you one you will probably enjoy.
