Sucks that you had a crappy experience. I do customer service work and I get sort of mean when I get bad service. It was there responsibility to represent the company, and they failed. I am sorry that happened.
Good idea to post the review though. Surely who ever is in charge will not be happy they were poorly represented.
I used to do customer service at a YMCA...not the same one, but I feel for the person behind the counter.
What really stinks about your situation is that the YMCA services are unparalleled. You're not going to find a healthclub membership with all of these amenities for the same price.
